A Snapshot of Your Day

As a project manager, you will have a varied and eventful workday where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on testing and validation of our products. You will work closely with product development, production, testing engineers, and order delivery teams to ensure that projects move forward as planned.

The work involves both creating calculations and developing test plans for development and customer projects, as well as being present in our workshops and test rigs where you lead and oversee the actual testing runs.

You are responsible for budget, timelines, and risks, and you adjust activities and priorities based on the needs and conditions of the projects.

This is a dynamic and varied role where you combine technical discussions and practical work close to our products with project management that involves many different contact points.

How You Will Impact

You are responsible for projects where you collaborate with different departments. The work takes place close to the technical facility and in direct connection with daily operations.
Plan, budget, and execute tests and validations from start to finish
Build strong networks with internal stakeholders such as product owners, development departments, and delivery teams
Manage risks and adapt activities according to the project's conditions
Be present in the workshop and test rigs where much of the work takes place
Contribute to developing our processes and working methods within testing and validation
Experience with industry standards such as PED, ISO, ASME, or IEC is a plus but not a requirement.

What You Bring

Two years of project management experience, preferably from construction, civil engineering, or industrial environments
We prefer that you have some form of technical background in areas such as electrical, construction, installation, or industry
Ability to adapt your working methods to the changing conditions of the project
Interest in working closely with workshops and testing environments – you enjoy the combination of office and practical work
Strong desire to coordinate, solve problems, and achieve set goals
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
